Filter system<\/strong><\/h3>\n

HEPA H14 HEPA particulate filter system<\/strong>: with a low-contamination filter change. In addition to the HEPA filter, other filter systems (e.g. for solvent vapors) can also be used.<\/p>\n

Vibration-free working<\/strong>: Separate filter unit to prevent vibration transmission to the enclosure.<\/p>\n

Filter enclosures<\/strong>: The filter units are installed independently, the system can be operated in recirculation mode or connected directly to the house ventilation system.<\/p>\n

Weighing<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Precision in the weighing process<\/strong>: error-free weighing in the milligram range and use of highly sensitive micro-analysis scales. The deep work surfaces enable the use of large weighing devices, precision scales and microbalances.<\/p>\n

Laminar airflow: <\/strong>A laminar, horizontal airflow ensures that contamination of the user by escaping hazardous substances is virtually eliminated. The hazardous substances are captured at the point of origin and directed safely away from the user through the rear part of the cabin into the HEPA H14 filter. The low-turbulence air flow also allows the use of microbalances in the lower weighing area.<\/p>\n

Product features<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For pilot plants, g<\/strong>alenics and production<\/strong>: The bulk powder cabin was specially developed for pilot plants, galenics laboratories and production. It enables the safe decanting and weighing of toxic or active powdery hazardous substances from large containers.<\/p>\n

Handling large containers directly on site and without full protection<\/strong>: Transferring from large containers without a personal protection cabin is only possible in special rooms with full protection. This method of working is very cumbersome and time-consuming. With our bulk powder cabin, both decanting and weighing can be carried out directly on site.<\/p>\n

Substructure with patented membrane<\/strong>: The cabin has a large floor opening that is closed with a patented ring\/membrane system. Large containers are inserted from below through the cabin floor. The membrane system seals the work surface. Thanks to the great flexibility of the membrane system, both smaller containers and drums can be connected and the containers can be changed without contamination<\/p>\n

Double bag waste system: <\/strong>enables the contamination-free disposal of waste and the discharge of containers<\/p>\n
