Dit is een groep van meer dan 10.000 kunstmatige verbindingen. Belangrijke uitgangsstoffen zijn perfluoroctaanzuurderivaten (PFOS).    <br>PFAS worden zowel in de industrie als in veel alledaagse producten gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld in waterafstotende kleding, waterafstotende sprays, cosmetica, gecoate pannen en potten of blusschuim. Ze spelen ook een belangrijke rol in voedselverpakkingen van papier of plastic. De verbindingen zijn echter moeilijk of onmogelijk af te breken en hopen zich op in het milieu (bodem, water) en de voedselketen (levende organismen). Ze hebben toxische en kankerverwekkende eigenschappen.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb12dc7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb12dc7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Welk apparaat wordt gebruikt voor de meting?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a87881 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a87881\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Onze <a href=\"https:\/\/a1-envirosciences.com\/nl\/producten\/analyse\/aqf-5000\/\">AQF-5000 analyser<\/a> wordt gebruikt voor verbrandingsdestructie, die wordt gecombineerd met ionchromatografie. Deze combinatie wordt Combustion-IC genoemd. Voor monstervoorbereiding adviseren we onze beproefde AOX-verrijking30<a href=\"https:\/\/a1-envirosciences.com\/nl\/producten\/analyse\/aox-modules-voor-monstervoorbereiding\/\">(AOX-monstervoorbereiding<\/a>) voor de kolommethode. We bieden je alles uit \u00e9\u00e9n hand.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-632e824 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"632e824\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Hoe kan PFAS worden gemeten?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69009a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69009a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PFAS kan als individuele verbinding worden bepaald, maar dit is erg moeilijk met meer dan 10.000 doelverbindingen. Daarom wordt PFAS als somparameter geanalyseerd in milieu- en productanalyses op basis van AOX<a href=\"https:\/\/a1-envirosciences.com\/nl\/producten\/analyse\/aox-400\/\">(lees hier meer over onze AOX-400<\/a>) als opneembare organische fluoriden AOF of op basis van EOX als extraheerbare organische fluoriden EOF met behulp van Combustion-IC.<\/p><p>Verbranding IC is een combinatie van hydropyrolytische verbranding met de <a href=\"https:\/\/a1-envirosciences.com\/nl\/producten\/analyse\/aqf-5000\/\">AQF-5000<\/a> en ionchromatische fluorbepaling met een ionchromatograaf van Thermo Fisher Scientific. Bij AOF-analyse worden de PFAS in een watermonster verrijkt op actieve kool. Deze wordt verbrand in de verbrandings IC en de verbrandingsgassen worden opgevangen in een absorptieoplossing. Een aliquot van de absorptieoplossing wordt dan automatisch in de IC ge\u00efnjecteerd en geanalyseerd. De procedure is gestandaardiseerd in DIN 38409-59.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d47534c elementor-widget
