The AquaFAST incorporates the Nittosekio CA310 to provide an innovative answer to high throughput Karl Fischer analysis. The unique AquaFAST system can perform automated Karl Fischer moisture analysis on solids by methanol extraction, liquids by direct injection, and oils either by injection or using an oil vaporiser. With up to 200 samples per run, the AquaFAST is unrivalled in the field of automated analysis. a1-envirosciences is proud to present the 2^nd generation of AquaFAST high- throughput automated Karl Fischer robots:

AquaFAST Direct.

The AquaFAST Direct is an ideal for the analysis of liquids that can be injected directly into a Karl Fischer cell.

AquaFAST Oven.

The AquaFAST Oven exchanges some of the sample capacity of the AquaFAST Direct for the addition of the Nittosieko VA-210 liquid vaporiser. The VA-210 allows the AquaFAST oven to perform a Karl Fischer moisture measurement with liquid samples that would otherwise interfere with Karl Fischer reagent. The aquaFAST Oven also allows samples to be injected directly into the Karl Fischer Cell in the same way as the AquaFAST direct

AquaFAST Extraction.

The AquaFAST Extraction allows the high throughput Karl Fischer analysis of solids using and automated methanol extraction technique.

Key Features

• The AquaFAST automatically adds pre-dried Mitsubishi Aquamicron KF reagent to sample and blank vials.
• Orbital shaker used to mix sample and reagent to extract water
• Automatic removal of extract and injection into Karl Fischer cell

Biological samples, thermally unstable solids, solids that interfere with reagents

 

AquaFAST Plus.

The newly released AquaFAST Plus brings high throughput Karl Fischer analysis to the next level by combing the power of the AquaFAST with other a1-envirosciences automation ranges like the TitreFAST and PrepFAST systems on a single automation platform. The aquafast plus is the definitive solution for oil analysis as it can combine Karl Fischer with other required tests like Total acid Number (TAN) or preparative automation options like dilution.
