For us, sustainability is an everyday reality. Of the measuring devices for determining AOX installed in the period from 1997 to 2013, 85% are still in use. We also provide service, maintenance, spare parts and training for equipment that has been in use for 20 years already.


With our products and services as well as our close collaboration with suppliers and staff, we focus on the long term. We have been reliably collaborating with our main suppliers for more than 20 years. Our staff in technical service and support have also been with us for over 8 years on average.


We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and continuously monitor our customers’ satisfaction. On average, our customers give our service a rating of 1.6 on a scale from 1 (very good) to 6 (unsatisfactory). It is evidence of our quality that 94.6% of our customers recommend us.


Our service and support staff hold technical qualifications from technical colleges or universities. We train our staff on a regular basis and check their level of training on a qualification matrix as evidence of our maintaining a high level of competence.


Of our more than 60 staff, 20 work in technical service and 25 in product support and sales at various sites in Germany, the UK, Benelux and France. Good availability is ensured by service hotlines.


Working with excellent equipment alone can only be as good as the staff using it. In order for you to achieve most with our products we offer training and seminars. This way you can achieve maximum results with the resources you have available.


Government regulations as well as industry standards are constantly evolving. We are committed to staying fully up to date and compliant. We can thus assist in your health and safety requirements and help you meet any norms you might be required to fulfil.
