Climate Zone: Climate control meets containment
The Climate Zone offers a unique combination of climate control and personal protection. It was specially developed for laboratory processes that require handling or weighing under precisely defined ambient conditions. Temperature and humidity can be individually regulated so that even the most sensitive samples can be processed safely.
The integrated HEPA H14 filtration (99.995 %) reliably protects users and the environment from highly potent substances. The climate chamber thus economically replaces the construction of a fully air-conditioned laboratory – with maximum ergonomics, user-friendliness and safety.

The Climate Zone was developed to meet the complex requirements of everyday laboratory work with ease:

Climate-controlled working environment
Temperature and humidity are individually adjustable in the range of 17-35 °C and 17-85 % RH - ideal for reproducible weighing processes or sensitive samples. -
Protection of user and substance
HEPA H14 filters efficiently remove particles from the cabin air, the minimum exposure value is below 5 ng/m³. A mask is usually not required. -
Precision weighing
Suitable for highly sensitive micro-analysis scales and precise weighing processes in the milligram range, without interference from air currents or climate fluctuations. -
Flexible access and ease of use
Access either via diaphragm openings or integrated gloves. The user interface is easily accessible and intuitive. -
Space for devices
Thanks to its large internal height and variable opening, it is also suitable for use with pipetting robots, particle sizers or analysis devices. -
Alarm system and airflow monitoring
Acoustic and visual warnings in the event of changes in the airflow - for consistently safe operation. -
Durability thanks to robust materials
Stainless steel, acrylic glass and chemical-resistant components ensure a long service life and easy cleaning.
