The microcoulometric measuring system TOX-300 is used in many laboratories for the changing requirements in the field of environmentaland product analysis for the determination of AOX, EOX, POX as well as total chlorine and total sulfur. It is the perfectly flexible system for both small laboratories and highlevels of automation.

The furnace: The TOX-300 has a horizontal furnace and requires argon and oxygen for the combustion of the samples and as a carrier gas. The samples are transferred to the furnace by means of boats under controlled conditions.

Maximum flexibility for sample task: Differentsamplers for solid and/or liquid as well as gaseous samples are available for the TOX-300in order to optimally adapt the systemto all requirements. Semi-automatically with a simple vessel feed, in combination with solid/liquidautosampler or alternatively equipped with gas injector, samples in any physical state can be analyzed semi- or fully automatically for total chlorine or sulfur.

Detection: For the final measurement, a microcoulometric cell is used that has cross-compatibility with all previous models of the last 40 years. Many glass parts of previous systems can also be reused.  There is cross-compatibility with other device series as well as  their  sample preparation modules. This is how sustainability works! No unnecessary modification of reliable, robust and proven parts. Everyone benefits from this.

Simple and robust routine: The easy accessibility and direct visual control of all relevant system components makes it a robust partner for routine analysis. Compliant with DIN EN ISO and ASTM. As usual, the software is easy to learn and offers all the functions needed in everyday life.
