The Climate Zone was designed to generate a safe, climatic environment.

Optimum climate conditions thanks to ambient air pressure technology:

The temperature and humidity are individually adjustable and kept constant. The settings on the front are easily accessible and simple to operate. Depending on use, the user is protected by gloves or by openings for the arms (diaphragm openings / iris port) for optimum ergonomics.

Monitoring the air flow:

The cabin monitors the ventilation conditions to ensure that no airflow reaches the user, thus ensuring safety. All containment solutions are tested according to “European Fume Hood” EN14175 and ASHRAE110 standards. (check and link)

Maximum protection thanks to HEPA filter:

The hazardous particles in the air are sucked in towards the HEPA filter H14, which retains them.

Large-volume applications:

Thanks to hinges on the upper opening flap and an easily removable lower panel, larger devices or analyzers can be easily positioned in the cabinet.

Materials:

The construction and base are made of stainless steel, the cabin floor is made of chemical-resistant phenolic resin panels The body is made of high-quality acrylic glass. This generates no static electricity and at the same time offers very good visibility. The material is 8 mm thick. The LED strip lighting is removable.

The development of inhalers, especially for testing, e.g. by using NGI Cascade impactors and impactors from Andersen.
The packaging of small quantities under specific climatic conditions.
All operations that require operator protection in connection with specific climatic conditions for samples.

Installation, training and maintenance from a single source

Delivery, installation, IQ/OQ qualification and maintenance can be carried out directly for you by our experts.

The measurement of the filter retention rate of the H14 HEPA filter (at least 99.995%) is included in the maintenance as well as the low-contamination filter change after the recommended service life of the particle filter of up to 3 years. You are welcome to arrange a maintenance contract with us directly.
